If you need assistance with a return, refund, or order concern, please contact us at SHIPPING@FITHEALTHCO.COM . Most issues can be resolved quickly, and each case is handled individually with care.

FITHEALTHCO.COM follows strict policies to protect product quality, safety, and compliance. Please review the following sections carefully.

1. Damages in Transit

If your item was damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) or our third-party shipping insurance provider to issue a replacement.

You must notify us within 3 days of the order being marked Delivered on the tracking information.

Required for damage claims:

  • Photos of damaged packaging + product
  • Order number

2. Lost in Transit

We can file a lost parcel claim if:

  • The tracking number has not updated for 7 days, or
  • A package is marked “Delivered” but has not been received after 5 days

Required for lost package claims:

  • Order number

3. Unopened Product Returns

We only accept returns for sealed, unopened, unused products in original condition.

We do not provide return labels for unopened product returns.
We do not refund initial shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of returned merchandise.

Required:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

4. Opened Products – No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened product, regardless of reason.

This includes dissatisfaction with:

  • Flavor
  • Texture or clumping (normal due to hygroscopic ingredients)
  • Mix-ability
  • Performance

Clumping is a normal characteristic of many supplement ingredients and is not considered a defect.

5. Missing Products

If a product is missing from your order, contact us immediately.

All orders are photographed and documented prior to shipment, which allows us to verify all claims.

Once verified, we will ship the missing item.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We do not refund or reship orders delivered to the wrong address
  • If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
FITHEALTHCO.COM is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Deliveries to neighbors
  • Deliveries to incorrect locations by the carrier

All claims must be filed directly with USPS/UPS.

7. Limited Edition, Pre-Orders & Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or returned:

  • Limited edition items
  • Pre-orders
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
  • Bundles
  • Gift-with-purchase items

8. Product Packaging & Formula Variations

Manufacturers may update packaging, ingredients, labels, or servings.
Product appearance may differ from website photos.

Customers must verify ingredients, allergens, and warnings upon receipt.

9. Order Cancellation Requests

We can cancel an order only if it has not been picked, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Even if you email us before the package is physically shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast order processing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

10. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed fully.
Customers initiating unwarranted chargebacks may be added to a national no-sell list shared among supplement retailers and brands.

11. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method or store credit within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
